The Last Word

When you want to start your own recruitment business, the last word you want to hear is ‘No’…or is it?

At face value, when you’re proposing the launch of your own recruitment business,  ‘No’ is definitely the last world you want to hear. In fact you don’t want to hear it all.

An outright ‘no’ at any of the key stages could crush you. At the very earliest of stages when perhaps you ask family, friends or colleagues if they think you should do it, it would be awful if they said ‘no’.

Take it on some, and you’re pitching your business plan to the bank manager, in an attempt to get financial backing. If the answer comes as a ‘no’ it’s difficult to bounce back and carry on.

Suppose you find the ideal premises, and enter into negotiations about the lease. But you’re a new business, a startup, with no track record, so the managing agent of the building says ‘no’.

It can be the same problem with computers and software. You need to finance them, and get a backup service, but as much as they recognise your potential and wish you well, the I.T. suppliers and the finance house say, sorry, not yet. ‘No’.

A lot of people would give up at the first ‘no’. The more resilient might press on for a little bit. But by the time you’ve had three or four answers in the negative, it starts to feel like time to shelve the idea.

No can be good though. Really!

Looked at another way, our way, ‘no’ can mean a very different thing. Consider all of the obstacles listed above. The financial backing. The setting up of the business. The hardware and software. The premises. Frankly, even a ‘yes’ to some or all of them can be less than ideal. Finance can mean a set-up fee; lawyers want a fee to register your business; even if they say ok an I.T. company will want a fee to deliver the back up.

Which is why we like saying no.

At The Recruit Venture Group we specialise in helping recruitment professionals start up their own businesses. And we do it with NO financial set up fee, NO administrator charges, and best of all NO risk for you.

We’ll provide all the funding you need to start up, plus shares in and dividends from your own business. Finance aside, we’ll provide a full back office and support system. It’s everything you need to get started.

You’ll be able to pay yourself a salary from the start so you’ll have no worries about maintaining your personal commitments.

Does it come entirely with ‘no’ conditions?

No. We need be sure that you’ve got five years unbroken experience in recruitment, and preferably three of them in a specific sector. We need to know that you’re serious about starting up on your own.

If you are, get in touch, it’s the best route to starting up a recruitment business. No contest.
