2018 Recruiters Beware

The end is nigh… Really?

Have you seen how many blogs and social media postings are discussing the imminent demise of the recruitment sector?
Some are saying that recruitment as we know it will die in 2018!

Big data, machine learning, ever more sophisticated algorithms – they’re all, some say, pointing to the end of recruitment as we know it.

Even 30 years ago.
It’s not alone as a sector in this but it was doing its best without the Internet.
Which of course was going to kill it… Except it hasn’t!

Even the gloomiest of commentators though accept that no matter how much more technology arrives in our place of work, ultimately the decisions will be made by people.
