Lyons Personnel is owned by experienced recruitment specialist Vicki Lyons and based in Taunton, Somerset.
With over 10 years’ recruitment experience behind her, Vicki decided the time was right to launch her own business having most recently been employed as an Operations Manager in Torquay supporting local logistical, distribution, warehouse and industrial businesses in Taunton and across the South West.
“I have been doing this job far too long for other people” said Lyons. “Having already established and grown three branches generating great gross profit and growth for former employers, I believe that now it’s my time to reap the benefits of all my hard work and continue to support my family”
Vicki’s has real drive and ambition making her the perfect person to launch her own recruitment businesses but it is a big decision for any recruiter to make and can raise concerns.
