So far 2015 has been a busy year for Recruit Ventures.
We have assisted multiple new joint ventures, created a new website and expanded our team. We are growing quickly and are constantly looking out for new opportunities which you’ll learn about in this issue! Recruit Ventures has assisted five new companies since January and we’ve even had our first Welsh venture successfully launch in Cardiff.

The Recruit Ventures Race Day this August went fantastically well with the joint venture partners coming together to meet and celebrate their successes with a day out at the Newmarket July Race Course. I’d like to thank everyone for coming along and being part of the Recruit Ventures event.
Growth of the Joint Ventures
The independent group of joint ventures turnover growth in my opinion has been significant over the past four years as you can see above..
Combining the independent joint venture run rates for 2015 / 2016, they are on target to achieve circa £40 million in sales.

New Launches
This quarter has seen us assist with the launch of three new joint ventures across the UK. From driving to construction and IT we are always looking to work with recruiters in new sectors.
Tomlin Personnel
Launched in Nottinghamshire in June, Tomlin Personnel is run by Rob Tomlin and specialises in driving and industrial recruitment.
The company has recently sponsored a local children’s football team and is moving forwards in leaps and bounds in their industry.

Specialising in industrial and driving recruitment, Directors Ben Jones and Luke launched Inside Right in Wolverhampton this August.
“We’re going to offer a personable service to our clients as well as candidates. We feel we can add something fresh into the market with a lot of determination” says Ben.

LIGA Recruitment
The first joint venture to launch in Wales, LIGA Recruitment launched in Cardiff in July. With a four strong team LIGA focus on construction, IT and accountancy and finance.
Led by directors Gavin and Liam, they are keen to offer their wealth of recruitment experience to the city and surrounding area. Read more…

This summer Recruit Ventures and our joint ventures spent a day at the Newmarket July Race Course. With a lunch at the Bedford Lodge and a talk from Bob Champion the day was a flurry of race winners and laughs. Thanks to everyone who attended and we look forward to seeing you at future events!
