An Important Time of the Year for Starting a Recruiting Business

This Is Such An Important Time Of Year For Starting Up A Recruitment Business. So, To Would Be Recruitment Entrepreneurs Everywhere, We Say Happy Twixmas!

Yes – it’s got a name! And it’s not related to a well-known chocolate covered snack! No – Twixmas is the name now given to that period between Christmas and New Year.

The dull days. The days when you take out that gym membership you’ll never use after January. The days when you think about starting work again, and wondering if next year will be a bit more exciting, a bit more rewarding. And wondering if perhaps this year they’ll listen to you and put some of your ideas into practice.

Because you’ve got ideas haven’t you? With five years or so experience, a busy desk, a bunch of satisfied clients and well placed candidates to your name you’ve got the experience and know how to do things better. Do things your way.

How good would it be to take control of your own future?

Run a recruitment business the way you think it should be done.

You may have considered it before, or maybe you’ve only recently started to give it some thought. Either way you’ll have realised that there is a lot involved. And top of the list comes the finance. On the assumption that Santa didn’t leave you a sack full of capital, you’re going to need to arrange backing. Banks come to mind first of course. It’s not impossible to get finance that way, but there could be a lot of strings attached. And do they really understand recruitment?

You do of course. Which is why you know you’ll need proper, reliable, software and systems to be up and running from the moment you open your doors.

They’re the doors on the premises you need to find and finance.

And then there’s staff, maybe a car, furniture, stationery. Did we mention branding, and a website.

We’re not trying to dampen your enthusiasm. Quite the contrary. Because here’s the thing.

You’ve got a few dead days coming up. What better time to sit down and think through your business plan? Set out exactly what you want to do, and how. State your objectives. Actually write down your strengths and weaknesses, address which sectors you’re best in, which geographic area you could cover – and why you think you really do have something special to bring to the market.

If you get all of that in place, all you have to do next is call us. Because, at Recruit Ventures we provide 100% funding, shares and dividends, a guaranteed salary, no financial risk and access to a full back office support function to support start up recruitment businesses.

Getting yourself ready to talk to us about your future, running your own recruitment business, would be a good way to spend some time between Christmas and New Year, wouldn’t it?

Don’t sit there watching the usual old movies. This could be your ‘Great Escape’!

Have a Happy – and potentially profitable – Twixmas!
