Credit and Cash Flow

Thinking of starting your own recruitment business. We can probably help with one of the biggest worries… Credit and Cash flow

One of the biggest worries is of course simply getting started. Which isn’t simple. It involves funding, and premises. Legal issues. There’s the question of systems to be got up and running. That’s without HR, IT, payroll and accountancy. It’s quite complicated actually.

But let’s assume for the moment that you are ‘up and running’. It’s not inconceivable. In fact, if you’ve come to us and we’re happy that you’ve got five years recruitment experience, and that your business plan makes sense, the chances are we’ll have got you operational pretty quickly.

We’ll have legally incorporated your company, found you premises, and supplied you with industry standard systems and access to a full back office. You’ll be drawing a salary, so your lifestyle and domestic arrangements are catered for, leaving you free to concentrate on building up your business.

You’ll have our support in everything from HR to IT and your payroll and invoicing will all be covered. So, you’re thinking, with all of that done, in record time, all of the worries are sorted.

Not quite. The one big worry that countless recruitment businesses put at the top of their list of concerns was one of timing.

Clients and timing.

It’s a constant worry that clients take a long time to decide on who they want, and then which of your candidates is that person, and then, when they want that person to start. Unless they’ve already changed the person spec, or the job spec, along the way, which means the process will take even more time.

Now, you’ll be experienced in, and patient with, client servicing. You’ll fully appreciate the importance of the role and the need to find exactly the right person for it. But the fact is that the more time the process takes the longer it is before you see any income. And that’s a worry.

Credit and Cash Flow

Except we’re here to help. Our Joint Venture partners get more than just the finance to launch the business. They get a line of credit and help with cash flow. The entire accountancy process is monitored and managed by people who really understand recruitment and know about things like clients taking their time; in a way most bank managers don’t.

It’s the sort of support that soothes out the cash flow stress points and gives you the space to breathe.  Gives you the confidence to stay with a client, delivering the sort of service that will bring them back. With more work.

You’ll need the sort of experience levels we mentioned.  You’ll need to be serious about starting your own recruitment business. If you are, stop thinking about it, and do it.

Fully funded. Risk and Worry free.
