Last week was (another!) important time in politics! Not that we’re about to make any political points. Except to say that one of the key points made in the summary of the Chancellor’s Autumn statement was this

£400m into venture capital funds through the British Business Bank to unlock £1bn in finance for growing firms
Now that’s interesting! For two reasons. Firstly, if it all comes to fruition, there are going to be a lot of growing businesses, and growing businesses look for staff. So there has to be a good time coming for recruitment.

What better time then to set up your own recruitment business?

You’ve probably thought about it before, but the market not being right wasn’t always the thing that stopped you. Was it?

No, there were all those other challenges involved in starting up a recruitment business.
