Top Team Personnel have many reasons to celebrate this month having doubled their annual turnover and expanded their client database significantly.
Since they first began trading in 2014, Managing Director Marshall Rayner and his busy team of recruiters have been working hard securing new clients and placing temporary and permanent workers across Wellingborough, Northampton and Milton Keynes.
“We have doubled our turnover in the last 12 months and the business is going from strength to strength. The team have working tremendously to get us where we are today and it would not have been possible without their dedication and hard working attitudes.” Said Marshall Rayner, Managing Director of Top Team Personnel. “With growth comes expansion and we have recently expanded our team with the appointment of Sara Smith as Sales Consultant.”
Top Team Personnel is focused on giving something back to the local community and has recently sponsored a young player Connor Rayner of the Northampton Town Football Club U7 Academy squad and supported a local children’s cancer charity Chelsea’s Angels with their Easter Egg appeal.
Not only is business busy for Marshall but he is about to start a new chapter in his personnel life as he weds his long-term partner of 14 years and Top Team Personnel’s Payroll Manager Kelly this month.
