From receptionist to business owner, Daria Siedlarska reveals how she launched Jark (Southend) Ltd with backing from The Recruit Venture Group.
When Daria first entered the recruitment industry, over a decade ago, she had no idea that one day she would end up owning her own agency.
In July 2017, Daria completed her rapid rise through the ranks when she launched Jark (Southend) Ltd a decision that she says changed her life.
She said: “When I started out as a receptionist, I never thought I would be a business owner.
“I couldn’t quite believe it at first, but it has been an incredible journey.
“It has changed my life and I am loving every minute of having my own business.”
Daria’s business offers a wide range of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to businesses across the region, focusing primarily on the construction, industrial and healthcare sectors.
