When the opportunity arose to become co-owners of their own recruitment agency, Stuart Addinall and Wojciech Rzepecki jumped at the chance.
The duo launched Jark (Peterborough) Ltd with backing and support from The Recruit Venture Group after a combined 25 years’ recruitment experience.
Jark (Peterborough) Ltd is an independent recruitment firm, which offers a range of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to businesses across the East.
The agency specialises in the construction, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Both Stuart and Wojciech have spent many years in recruitment but say being their own boss is the best feeling yet.
“At first I thought The Recruit Venture Group’s offering was too good to be true,” Stuart said.
“But when I looked into the joint venture model I soon realised just how strong the offer was.
“They were giving us the chance to launch a business, keep more of the money we made, while doing the same job we were already doing.
“The back office side of the business and the launch process was taken care of; all we had to do was what we had always done.
“This time though, we were doing it for ourselves to build real wealth for our futures.”
Stuart and Wojciech have built a business centred on a belief that treating candidates and clients properly is vital.
They pride themselves on delivering a highly personal service and are able to do so because The Recruit Venture Group save them so much time.
