Recruit Ventures Ancora Recruitment

Fulfilling my dream after 35 years in recruitment

Ian Hope launched Bristol-based Ancora Recruitment in October 2016 when he decided to fulfil a career long ambition of launching his own recruitment business.

With 35 years’ recruitment experience under his belt Ian had often thought of starting up his own recruitment agency and he turned that vision into a reality after meeting The Recruit Venture Group for the first time.

Ian learned how The Recruit Venture Group would allow him to launch his business without any financial risk and that all the finance he needed to launch and grow would be provided.

“From day one I knew I had the resources I needed to run and grow a successful agency.”

He said: “Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 35 years, I had considered, on many occasions setting up on my own but never went ahead with it.

“Upon hearing, from a former colleague, about how The Recruit Venture Group had supported them to launch their own business, I was intrigued to find out more.

“When I spoke with The Recruit Venture Group I wasn’t disappointed, their start-up solution is unique and completely risk free.”

Launching with The Recruit Venture Group allowed Ian to focus entirely on what he does best, safe in the knowledge that the back office side is being taken care off.

“From day one I knew I had the resources I needed to run and grow a successful agency.

“I knew my temps were going to get paid and that my invoices would be paid because The Recruit Venture Group were overseeing this side of my business.

“With their support I was and still am free to focus on what I have always done, recruiting.

“If you are a recruiter who wants more than monthly commission I would definitely talk to The Recruit Venture Group.”
