Carestaff Bureau launched in 2016 with a clear vision of where they wanted to go and what they wanted to achieve. Surpassing their initial budget and expectations they have gone from an unknown business name in the local area to a recognised supplier of healthcare recruitment solutions in under 12 months. They hold some of the largest contracts in the most established care homes in Hastings, Sussex and have achieved all this from word of mouth referrals and limited advertising. They have supported those candidates looking to start in the care sector “New to Care” with training and placements and many have gone on to secure permanent roles within the sector.

Carestaff Bureau pride themselves on being old school recruiters, putting the right people in the right roles and this has benefited their business. They visit clients regularly and fill vast amounts of bookings with speed, efficiency and flair. They have helped to bring a client’s business back from the brink by sending in the right staff for the job. This made the managers, and the other staff’s jobs much easier, leading Carestaff Bureau to become the main supplier from thereon in.

From the relationships they have developed with their candidates, they have seen a rise in the temporary staff referrals and have acquired a healthy candidate book. In the early days they supported a candidate with regular work, keeping them busy which lead onto the registration of 15 new temps from one candidate’s referrals.
