Using her wealth of recruitment expertise she sourced enough conscientious and enthusiastic candidates to enable the company to increase their production capacity by an incredible 25% in their newly developed state of the art production plant.
Sue’s excellent communication skills have also helped to provide direction and guidance to her client when trying to reconfigure shift structures.
Working closely with the management teams, together they have devised a new six-shift system providing flexible and accommodating working hours for candidates’ whilst giving the opportunity for temporary candidates to enjoy the security of full-time employment.
