With challenges present on a daily basis, especially when dealing with vulnerable adults and children, Jayne ensures that her support workers are fully-trained and inducted in the nature of the role to ensure they can handle all situations. They follow a carefully selected recruitment processes tailored in-line with their clients’ needs to ensure candidate compatibility and a continuity of employment.
Jayne is very proud that many of her candidates/support workers are considered an integral part of her client’s business and her provision of high-quality staff and efficient communication has gained loyalty with her clients and brings repeat businesses, many times especially block bookings.
Jayne offers both online and in-house training to support her candidates pre-employment and works closely with her clients to explore other areas within the business where they can assist such as the provision of Activity Workers to support the residents within the homes.
