Never lose sight of your original aim

Right now our group has a combined sales turnover of around £138m. You don’t grow a business to that size without making a lot of right decisions and minimising most of the risks. Of course it would be madness to say that we haven’t ever made a bad call. What business doesn’t? But overall we’ve got it right, and the figures prove it.

Since our formation in 2011 we’ve restructured the company, and reshaped the way we operate. That’s something else that good businesses do. Because you can’t stand still. We’ve involved our people more, by effectively practising what we preach in terms of the joint venture business model.

But, in everything we’ve done we’ve never lost sight of our original aim; our mission to help recruitment professionals set up their own businesses. Being dedicated to what you’re doing is massively important in running and growing a business.

Our portfolio has grown year on year and now includes joint ventures all over the uk. 2017 saw us generate £7m in owner income and push more business into the pipeline.

Now, casting modesty aside, I think that performance makes us a company worth listening to. But here’s the the thing. That’s actually what we’re here for. To give you advice so that we can help you start up. Imagine. All of our experience, all of our resources and all of our support available to you. That’s invaluable if you’re serious about starting your own recruitment business.

And if you are serious about it I’m guessing that you’ve notched up around five years recruitment experience, and you’re entrepreneurial by nature. (Not to say probably frustrated by your current role).

Few things beat running your own business, and having control of your own future. Nothing beats having the right advice, support and backing to do it.
