In your own recruitment business you’ll find that a good month’s billing really is a good month’s billing.

Assuming that you’ve notched up the five year plus track record, probably run your own desk for at least three years, and maybe you’re the office specialist in one particular market sector, you are more than likely to be very good at what you do.
