Strange, you’re thinking. If I start up my own recruitment business I was planning on being the boss. What’s with the ‘love the boss’ thing?
First off, let’s be clear that we are talking about you setting up your business. As to ‘you’, we do need to know a few things before we commit to such a high level of support. Things like you having five years continuous experience in recruitment. That you’ve run your own desk or team, and that you have specialist knowledge of a specific sector.
If all of that fits, and you have the drive and determination to build your own business, it’s highly likely that we can do business. We put in the support and you run your own recruitment business.
